Yes. You can purchase multiple services or opt for a Premium Marketing Package, which bundles several services together. Combining services can create a more cohesive digital strategy — for example, building a new website alongside an SEO setup ensures the site is optimised from launch.
If you are considering multiple services, contact us to discuss which combination best fits your goals and budget.
The best starting point depends on where your business is and what your current priorities are:
- No website yet — Web Design is the natural first step
- Have a website but no organic traffic — SEO Optimization or Technical SEO
- Want fast, measurable traffic while building organic presence — Media Buying
- Need to keep your existing website healthy and updated — Website Maintenance
- Want a comprehensive approach from the start — Premium Marketing Package
If you are unsure, reach out at hello@puxelo.com — we can help you identify the most effective starting point for your situation.
Both. Some PUXELO services are one-time deliverables:
- Web Design — a project with a defined scope and delivery
- Technical SEO Audit — a one-time audit and implementation project
Other services are ongoing and work best as recurring engagements:
- SEO Optimization — ongoing monthly strategy, content, and link building
- Media Buying — ongoing campaign management and optimisation
- Website Care & Maintenance — monthly subscription
- Premium Marketing Packages — can be ongoing or project-based depending on the scope
The billing frequency for each service is clearly stated at the time of purchase.
PUXELO works with the most widely used platforms and tools in digital marketing, including:
- Web Design: WordPress, Elementor, WooCommerce, and similar platforms
- SEO: Google Search Console, industry-standard keyword research and auditing tools
- Advertising: Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other major digital advertising networks
- Analytics: Website analytics platforms to track performance and provide reporting
If your business uses a specific platform and you want to confirm compatibility, contact us before purchasing.
Yes. For ongoing services such as SEO retainers, Media Buying, and Website Maintenance, PUXELO provides regular updates and reporting to keep you informed about the work being done and any measurable results. The frequency and format of reporting will be agreed at the start of the engagement.
For project-based services like Web Design and Technical SEO, PUXELO communicates progress at key milestones and shares deliverables as they are completed.
SEO & Technical SEO
7 questionsSEO Optimization covers the strategic and content-focused side of search engine optimisation: keyword research, on-page content optimisation, meta tags, internal linking, off-page link building, and overall SEO strategy. It focuses on what your website says and how it is positioned for search engines to understand.
Technical SEO focuses on the technical infrastructure of your website: site speed, Core Web Vitals, crawlability, indexability, structured data (schema markup), mobile responsiveness, HTTPS, redirect management, and other technical factors that affect how search engines access and rank your website.
Both are important. A website with strong content but poor technical foundations will underperform, and vice versa. Many clients benefit from both services working together.
SEO is a long-term strategy. Meaningful results — such as improved rankings and organic traffic growth — typically begin to appear within 3 to 6 months of consistent work, though this varies significantly depending on:
- The current state and authority of your website
- The level of competition in your industry and target market
- How frequently new content is published and optimised
- How quickly technical recommendations are implemented
- Search engine algorithm updates
Important: PUXELO does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or timelines. SEO results are influenced by many factors outside our control. Our commitment is to apply the best available strategies consistently and professionally.
No — and any SEO agency that guarantees specific Google rankings is making a promise they cannot keep. Google's search rankings are determined by Google's own algorithms, which change regularly and are not controlled by any third party, including PUXELO.
What PUXELO can do is apply current SEO best practices, technical optimisations, content strategies, and link building approaches that give your website the best possible chance of ranking well over time. We work transparently and focus on sustainable, long-term improvements rather than shortcuts that could harm your website.
A PUXELO Technical SEO audit covers a comprehensive review of your website's technical health, including:
- Crawlability and indexability analysis
- Core Web Vitals assessment (LCP, FID/INP, CLS)
- Site speed and page load performance
- Mobile-friendliness and responsive design review
- HTTPS/SSL status and security
- URL structure, canonicalisation, and redirect management
- Duplicate content detection
- Structured data (schema markup) review
- XML sitemap and robots.txt review
- Internal linking structure
Full details of what is included in each Technical SEO package are on the Technical SEO service page.
Yes — client cooperation has a direct impact on SEO results. To support PUXELO's SEO work, you may be asked to:
- Provide access to Google Search Console and your website's CMS
- Approve and publish content recommendations in a timely manner
- Implement or approve technical changes on the website
- Provide information about your business, audience, and competitive positioning
The more actively involved the client is in the SEO process, the better the conditions for achieving strong results.
Yes. SEO can be highly effective for small businesses, particularly through local SEO strategies that target customers searching for services in a specific geographic area. Small businesses can rank well for local and long-tail keywords even in competitive industries.
SEO requires patience and consistency. For small businesses with limited budgets, a focused local SEO strategy — targeting the most relevant keywords for your location and service — often delivers better results than trying to compete on broad national terms.
All work completed by PUXELO — including optimised content, technical fixes, and structural improvements — remains on your website when you stop the service. You keep everything that has been built and implemented.
However, SEO is an ongoing discipline. Without continued effort, a website may gradually lose ground to competitors who are still actively investing in their SEO. Rankings can also be affected by Google algorithm updates, which require ongoing adaptation.
You can cancel an ongoing SEO service at any time by emailing hello@puxelo.com before your next billing period. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
Web Design
7 questionsPUXELO's Web Design service covers the design and development of a professional website tailored to your business. Depending on the package, this can include:
- Custom visual design aligned with your brand identity
- Responsive layout that works on desktop, tablet, and mobile
- Content placement and basic on-page SEO setup
- Contact forms, calls to action, and lead-capture elements
- CMS integration (typically WordPress/Elementor) for easy self-management
- Basic speed and performance optimisation
Full details and package inclusions are on the Web Design service page.
The timeline for a web design project depends on its size, complexity, and how quickly the client can provide materials and feedback. A typical small-to-medium business website can take between 2 and 6 weeks from start to launch.
The main factors that affect the timeline are:
- The number of pages and features required
- Whether the client has existing branding, content, and images
- The speed of client feedback and approvals at each stage
- Any custom functionality or integrations required
A more specific timeline will be agreed with you before the project begins.
In most cases, clients provide their own text content and images, as you know your business and services best. However, depending on the package, PUXELO can assist with:
- Suggesting suitable professionally licensed stock imagery
- Basic copywriting guidance for key pages
- Structuring your content for better readability and SEO
If you need full copywriting or professional photography, please discuss this with us before placing your order — additional costs may apply for third-party assets.
Yes. PUXELO builds websites using user-friendly CMS platforms (typically WordPress with Elementor), which are designed so that non-technical business owners can update text, images, and basic content without needing to code.
After delivery, PUXELO can provide basic guidance on how to manage your content. For ongoing technical maintenance, updates, and security monitoring, the Website Care & Maintenance service is recommended.
Hosting and domain arrangements depend on the package and your preferences. Some clients already have a domain and hosting in place; others need to set these up. PUXELO can advise on suitable hosting options based on your website's requirements.
Domain registration and hosting fees are third-party costs and are separate from PUXELO's web design service fee. These will be discussed and agreed before the project starts.
The number of revision rounds included is specified in the package or agreed scope at the start of the project. Revisions beyond the agreed number may be subject to an additional fee, which will be communicated before any extra work begins.
To get the most out of your revision allowance, we recommend gathering all feedback at once rather than sending multiple small rounds of changes separately.
Yes. All websites built by PUXELO are designed to be fully responsive — meaning they adapt and display correctly on desktops, tablets, and smartphones. Mobile responsiveness is a standard part of every Web Design project and a key requirement for both user experience and SEO.
Media Buying & Paid Advertising
6 questionsMedia Buying is the management of paid digital advertising campaigns on your behalf. PUXELO's Media Buying service covers:
- Campaign strategy and audience targeting
- Ad creative guidance and structure
- Campaign setup across relevant advertising platforms
- Ongoing bid management, budget optimisation, and A/B testing
- Performance monitoring and regular reporting
Platforms may include Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital advertising networks depending on your target audience and business goals. Full details are on the Media Buying service page.
These are two completely separate costs:
- PUXELO's service fee — covers our time and expertise for strategy, campaign setup, management, and optimisation. This is paid to PUXELO.
- Your advertising budget (ad spend) — the money that goes directly to the advertising platform (Google, Meta, etc.) to actually display your advertisements. This is paid directly to the platform, not to PUXELO.
Your advertising budget is entirely separate from and additional to PUXELO's fee. The level of ad spend you invest significantly affects campaign performance — a higher budget generally allows for more reach and faster data, but PUXELO does not control or receive any portion of your ad spend.
No. Advertising performance cannot be guaranteed. PUXELO does not promise a specific ROAS, CPA, number of leads, conversions, or any other performance metric.
Advertising results depend on many factors outside PUXELO's control, including your advertising budget level, the competitiveness of your market and audience, the quality and relevance of your offer and landing pages, the ad creative, platform algorithm decisions, and general market conditions.
PUXELO's commitment is to manage your campaigns professionally, optimise based on available data, and provide transparent reporting on performance.
The right advertising budget depends on your industry, target market, advertising platform, and goals. There is no universal minimum, but in general:
- A very low budget may not generate enough data to optimise campaigns effectively
- The right budget allows campaigns to gather meaningful data and reach a relevant audience with sufficient frequency
- PUXELO can advise on a realistic budget range for your specific goals during the initial consultation
During onboarding, PUXELO will help you think through your budget in the context of your market and objectives. Your ad spend is always in your own advertising account — PUXELO does not hold or control your advertising funds.
Your advertising accounts and the data within them are yours. PUXELO works within your advertising accounts — Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, or other platforms — and does not create campaigns in accounts owned by PUXELO.
This means that if you end the engagement with PUXELO, you retain full access to all your campaigns, historical data, and account settings. PUXELO's access to your advertising accounts will be removed upon cancellation.
Ad spend that has already been charged or spent by the advertising platform cannot be refunded by PUXELO — that money has been used to run your advertisements on the platform.
Any unused budget remaining in your advertising account stays in your account and is subject to the refund or withdrawal policy of the relevant advertising platform (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.). PUXELO will assist you in understanding the platform's process if needed.
PUXELO's service fee for any completed management period is also generally non-refundable once work has commenced. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

No hidden fees from PUXELO. The price displayed for each service is the fee you pay to PUXELO for that service. However, some projects may involve additional third-party costs that are separate from PUXELO's fee, including:

- Premium third-party plugins, themes, or stock assets (if required and agreed)

Any expected third-party costs will be discussed and agreed with you before they are incurred.
Payment is generally required in full before work commences, unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed with PUXELO in writing. For recurring services, payment is charged at the start of each billing period.
PUXELO will not begin work on a project until successful payment has been confirmed. If a payment fails or is declined, you will be notified and given the opportunity to provide an alternative payment method.
Yes. Payment card data is processed directly by Stripe or PayPal — not stored on PUXELO's own systems. Both Stripe and PayPal use industry-standard security measures to protect payment information. PUXELO only retains minimal transaction records (such as payment reference numbers and amounts) for accounting and customer service purposes.

Refunds & Cancellation
4 questionsIf you change your mind within 7 calendar days of purchase and PUXELO has not yet started work on your service, you can request a cancellation and a full refund will normally be provided.
Once work has started, a refund may still be available but will be reduced to reflect the work already completed. Services that have been substantially or fully delivered are generally non-refundable.
To request a refund or cancellation, email hello@puxelo.com with your name, order details, and the reason for your request. For full terms, see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
To cancel a recurring service — such as Website Maintenance, an SEO retainer, or a Media Buying management retainer — simply email hello@puxelo.com before your next billing date.
Cancellation requests received before the next billing period will take effect at the end of your current paid period. You will continue to receive the service until the end of that period. No further charges will be made after PUXELO confirms your cancellation.
Cancellations are confirmed by email. If you do not receive confirmation within 2 business days, please follow up to ensure your request has been received.
If your refund request is approved, PUXELO will initiate the refund within 5 business days of the approval decision. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment method:
- Card refunds (via Stripe): typically 5–10 business days after initiation
- PayPal refunds: may appear within a few days, depending on your original payment method
PUXELO cannot control the processing time of your bank or payment provider after the refund has been initiated.
If you believe PUXELO has materially failed to deliver the agreed scope of work, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@puxelo.com with specific details about what was not delivered as agreed.
PUXELO will review the situation and, depending on the circumstances, may provide correction of the work, completion of missing deliverables, a reasonable remedy, or a refund for any clearly undelivered portion of the service.
We are committed to resolving legitimate service concerns fairly. We ask that you contact us directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute, as most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication.
